Hendriani : Yes. Please come in and have a seat.
Nilam : Thank you, MrsHendriani.
Hendriani : So, your name is Nilam, right?
Nilam : Yes. That’s right, Mrs
Hendriani : Very well, my name is Hendriani. I am
the head of the HRD Manager this company.
Nilam : Nice to meet you, Mrs.
Hendriani : How are you this morning Nilam?
Nilam : I’m perfectly fine, Mrs. Thank
you, and how about you?
Hendriani : I’m fine too. Thank you. So, do you
know what we are going to do Nilam?
Nilam : Yes, Mrs. I was emailed and
called by phone in order to have a job interview session from this company
three days ago. So, now here I’m going to be having an interview job session
with you.
Hendriani : Very well. Can you tell me about your
self, Nilam?
Nilam : My name is Nilam. I’m 23 years
old. I graduated from one of State Universities Gunadarma. I took Accounting as
my major. I love travelling and singing. I can operate Ms. Word, Excel, Myob
and Internet.
Hendriani : You applied to be our Finance Manager.
Do you have any experience of this job?
Nilam : No, Mrs. I am fresh graduate.
This is my first time to apply a full job.
Hendriani : What makes you decide to apply for
Finance Manager position?
Nilam : I think Finance Manager is an
appropriate job position for me. I’m sure that my skills and talents will be
conducive to this compay’ssuccsess.
Hendriani : Very well. So, what is your strength
and weakness point?
Nilam : My strength is my cheerfulness,
my carefulness, my strong will to learn new things and my skill to work under
pressures and as a team. My weakness is my phobia of dark.
Hendriani : Well, it was a great time to have a
little talk with you, Nilam. We will announce the result of your interview in a

Nia : Yes, Mrs. I have worked as a
finance supervisor in a small local company in Depok for almost four years.
Hendriani : Why did you want to move or to quite
your present job?
Nia : Well. I want to develop my
career and get more challenging job in a multinational company like this
company.
Hendriani : Very well. So, what is your strength
and weakness point
Nia : My strength is my spirit and
my responsibility in doing something. I also like to learn new things. My
weakness, I am afraid of height.
